Director of Operations
Since joining Orthodontic Consultants in 2010, I've had the privilege of working in a field I’m passionate about, transforming smiles and making a positive impact on both children and adults. Witnessing the confidence that comes with a beautiful smile is incredibly rewarding. Outside of work, I absolutely love cheering my kids on at soccer games and gymnastics meets, and supporting their growth and interests. In my downtime, I enjoy diving into our office Book Club selections and pursuing my personal fitness goals.

Part Time Manager
I have been working in the field of orthodontics with Dr. Nissen since 1999. I was born and raised in St. Louis. I enjoy getting to know our patients, as we get to see them every month. In my spare time, I love to exercise as well as spend time with my family and friends. In 2013, I married my favorite orthodontic patient, Joe!

Administrative Assistant
I started working at OCSL in 2021; however, I have known Dr. Nissen and his staff for many years as I started as a patient. Outside of work, I enjoy watching documentaries, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family, especially my two dogs.

I started working for Dr. Nissen in 2024. I chose the orthodontic field because of the difference we can make in patients' lives. In my free time, I enjoy reading and spending time with family.

I started working for Dr. Nissen in 2026. I was born and raised in St. Louis. It's fun to see all the patients leaving OCSL with a smile! I love spending my free time walking my dog, watching my son race go karts, and spending time with family.

Laboratory Technician / Certified Orthodontic Assistant
I have been working in the orthodontic field since 1998. I originally started as a chairside assistant and in 2006 received my training in laboratory services. I enjoy making and creating retainers that will assist in keeping our patients’ smiles perfect.

I have been in the orthodontic field for 15 years and love being part of my patients' journey, especially seeing the confidence they gain when they finish treatment! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my friends, family, and my Morkie dog, Ollie.

I have been working with Dr. Nissen in orthodontics since 2000. I have always loved the field of orthodontics, but I really enjoy working with cleft-palate patients. I am originally from St. Louis and have been married since 2009. Outside of work, my husband and I keep busy with our beautiful daughter.

I have been with Dr. Nissen since 2019. My favorite part about orthodontics is watching our patients smiles transform. In my free time, I enjoy crafting, reading and hanging out with my family. My favorite part of the day is to going home to my son and hearing about his day.

I have been an orthodontic assistant since July of 2019. My favorite part about being in the field is being able to express myself artistically, while providing exceptional care and helping our patients achieve their desired outcomes. In my free time, you will find me trying new restaurants, indulging in some retail therapy, hitting the gym, or making delicious meals!

I began my career in orthodontics in 1995 and have intermittently worked in the field for the last 10 years. I joined the OCSL team in January 2024. What I love most about this job is witnessing the transformations from start to finish and seeing the joy on patients’ faces when they see their new smiles! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Sammy, and working out at the gym.

I have been working at OCSL since April 2024. I enjoy getting to know the patients and seeing their smiles transform right before me. I appreciate learning from the assistants and hope to become certified one day. In my free time, I like to shop and hang out with my friends and family.

I am a former patient of Dr. Nissen and now I work for him part-time. I started working at OCSL in August of 2022. I hope to go to dental school and become an orthodontist. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my friends.

I have been working at OCSL since the beginning of 2024. I love getting to know the patients and watching their smiles transform over time. I also enjoy spending my time working in the lab making retainers. In the future, I have plans to become a registered dental hygienist. When I’m not at the office you can find me spending time with family and playing with my dogs.
