I have been working in the field of orthodontics with Dr. Nissen since 1999. I was born and raised in St. Louis. I enjoy getting to know our patients, as we get to see them every month. In my spare time, I love to exercise as well as spend time with my family and friends. In 2013, I married my favorite orthodontic patient, Joe!

I have been lucky enough to be a part of Orthodontic Consultants for the last 12 years. I love working in the orthodontic field with both kids and adults. Being able to witness their smiles transform is so rewarding. When I am not at work, I love spending time with my two kids, who keep me busy cheering them on at their soccer games! In my free time, I enjoy reading the books we pick for our office Book Club!

I started working at OCSL in the summer of 2019 after I graduated from Mizzou. I have been able to learn so much from Dr. Nissen and his staff. I look forward to continuing to do so as I am currently in dental school. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, crafting and spending time with my two dogs, Herman and Nellie.

I started working at OCSL in 2021; however, I have known Dr. Nissen and his staff for many years as I started as a patient. Outside of work, I enjoy watching documentaries, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family, especially my two dogs.

Laboratory Technician / Certified Orthodontic Assistant
I have been working in the orthodontic field since 1998. I originally started as a chairside assistant and in 2006 received my training in laboratory services. I enjoy making and creating retainers that will assist in keeping our patients’ smiles perfect.

I have been working with Dr. Nissen in orthodontics since 2000. I have always loved the field of orthodontics, but I really enjoy working with cleft-palate patients. I am originally from St. Louis and have been married since 2009. Outside of work, my husband and I keep busy with our beautiful daughter.

I joined the OCSL team in 2020. I love being an orthodontic assistant and learning new things from Dr. Nissen every single day. Being able to contribute to the transformation of so many beautiful smiles is truly a gift! When I am not too busy with my two rambunctious boys, I enjoy hiking, reading, and playing the ukulele.

I have been an orthodontic assistant since July of 2019. My favorite part about being in the field is being able to express myself artistically, while providing exceptional care and helping our patients achieve their desired outcomes. In my free time, you will find me trying out new restaurants, shopping, working out and reviewing skin care products.

I started working in the orthodontic field in 2019. I am originally from Utah and have loved finding a new home away from home in Saint Louis at OCSL. I love working in orthodontics because it allows me to help perfect patient smiles through quality care. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, reading, shopping and watching movies!

I am a former patient of Dr. Nissen and now I work for him part-time. I started working at OCSL in August of 2022. I hope to go to dental school and become an orthodontist. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my friends.

I have been with OCSL since 2022. I have enjoyed learning from the assistants while watching patients achieve their desired outcomes. I am looking forward to my career in the dental field. In my free time, you will find me shopping, exploring new places and relaxing at home.
